NID - National Institute of Design - Premier Design institute of the nation has commended aProCh for its model design in bringing the city together to celebrate childhood. NID director, Mr. Pradyumna Vyas has backed the initiative since the inception of its idea in June 2007. aProCh has sought advise and expertise of other NID faculty for it park design projects and overall design of the initiatives.

Says Mr. Pradyumna Vyas -  “aProCh” is truly an excellent initiative to make Ahmedabad a Child Friendly City. By joining hands in this initiative, NID, being a multi-disciplinary institute, would like to sensitize its students who, in turn, will be able to sensitize the citizens towards this innovative cause. By applying skills and sensitivity from every discipline of design, the students while contributing to the holistic development of the concept of a Child Friendly City, also learn about the values of social responsibility".
