TransforNation-Power of Education

Research has shown that 30 hours of One on One attention in 1 year
results in huge leaps in a child’s learning. However, large class size and extremely low teacher to student ratio in municipal schools have a negative effect on child's learning.

In an attempt to counter this problem, aProCh set up the first tees ka dum centre at Army reading room in Sadar Bazaar where one to one tutoring was provided to over a hundred and fifty children on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition to that, well being sessions were held on Saturdays for art, dance and music.  Various workshop's and competitions were held during the same period.

Tees ka Dum is inspired by 826 Valencia which is dedicated towards providing education support to children from 6-18. The idea is to get student excited about education

Events:

Three more Tees Ka Dum Centres to come up in July for municipal school, private school and co-operates!
